- Report your injury. In Pennsylvania, you have a 120-day time limit in which to report your injury.
- See approved doctor. See a doctor who is on the workers' compensation Approved Doctor List (often referred to as the panel list of doctors.) This information is available at your workplace. - File a workers' compensation injury claim. If you have sustained an injury at work, you may be eligible for workers' compensation benefits. These benefits cover wage loss, medical, and in some circumstance, a specific loss (finger, hand, arm....).
