Having practiced in the field of workers’ compensation injuries for over 25 years we have represented thousands of injured workers including those injured in industrial plants throughout western Pennsylvania. In Pennsylvania, particularly western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio many people’s lives are dependent on the factories and mills. At one point Allegheny County, Beaver County, Lawrence County, Mercer County, Fayette County, Westmoreland County, and Washington County all had thriving factories. Many still do. If you or a loved one are injured in an industrial accident you may be entitled to workers’ compensation (workmens compensation, workmens compensation).
